| OVERVIEW |
Our organization is a member of the Indomobil Group and begin our venture as the main distributor of Volvo Trucks in 1988. Now the company has increased its involvement in the market by being appointed as the sole main distributor of below products in Indonesia; Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks, Kalmar Container Handling, Manitou Material Handling Equipment, Gehl Skid Loaders.
Occupying a four floor building of 2700 square meters, together with workshop and warehouse area of 1300 square meters each in Jalan Raya Cakung Cilincing, the head office is located not far from Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) Cakung. We have established a total of 14 centers at strategic locations throughout Indonesia such as Surabaya, Semarang, Lampung, Palembang, Medan, Pekan Baru, Pangkalan Kerinci, Duri, Balikpapan, and Soroako. The company is still expanding to serve our customers all over Indonesia.
The long road to success has been marked by many years of dedicated hardwork and several awards including Volvo Award Asia Market of the year (1994 & 1995), Award for Performance Excellence (Service and Parts Development, in 2000), Kalmar Excellence Award (2001 & 2002), Indomobil Excellence Performance in Trucks Sales Development (2007).
And today, Indotruck Utama continues to improve serving the customers with reliable after sales service through complete service equipment, mechanical capabilities, and genuine spare parts.
