Pro-Int Dinamika was established on 1996 by a professional, which has broad knowledge in the field of management and information technology, as well as Quality Management System. The aspiration to build a company in the business of Quality and System Design by using the advance technology of IT, come from the fact that many of Indonesia's company is growing so fast without the balance of a strong management system. At first, we provide the Quality Management System ISO 9000 service. Besides guiding many clients through the certification process, we also organize their management system by giving proper training to their employee. Some of our clients are PT. Wacoal Indonesia in the apparel industry, PT. Bella Prima Perkasa the manufacturer of flexible packaging and Romance Bedding & Furniture. By then, we also provide DOS-based Accounting and Payroll software package for a medium-sized trading and manufacturing company. The software was successfully implemented by many company. In fact, some of the company are still depends on it. In 1997, we are trusted to develop an Oracle-based Human Resource software for PT Matahari Putera Prima. It marks our shifting to build a client/server application using RDBMS. Later on, the project inspires us to build a complete Human Resource Information System using Microsoft SQL Server database. And we name it 'Pro-Int Human 2000'. The software is a big success, where many of Indonesia's well-known companies from a various lines of business, such as manufacturing, insurance, banking, distribution, retail, garment, pharmaceutical and air transportation, are implementing it nation-wide. Continuing the success, in 1999 we release our very own 'Pro-Int Financial', a package of Financial, Accounting and Production software. And at the same year, it was implemented by group of Poultry, Slaughter House and Breeding Farm Company . By the end of 2002, we will release the new version of Pro-Int Financial. The Web-Based Human Resource Information System was released in 2001, and already implemented nationwide by PT Djarum. And as we release our new version of Human Resource Information System, we change it's name to become 'Pro-Int Human Capital', to emphasize the importance of Human Capital as company's most valued assets. What was a small-sized business has now become an industry of it's own. With the combination of capable staff with various educational-background, we determine to give our best service and product. The best IT graduate in our development team, and the best graduate in management, accounting and finance in our implementation team. And yet, we continuously develop our Human Capital to keep up with the ever-changing world of business.
