COMPANY BACKGROUND
History:
In the begining, PDV is a foundation named Yayasan Tabungan Pegawai Pertamina (YTPP), which was established in 1975 in Jakarta. Based on Notarial Deed No. 12 of Mrs. Sulami Mustafa, SH, dated June 18, 2002, the Company changed its form from a foundation to become a limited liability Company named PT Pertamina Saving and Investment (PSI) and approved by Ministry of Justice in its Decision Letter No. C.13857HT.01.01.Th.2002 dated July 25, 2002. Based on Notarial Deed No. 9 dated December 30, 2004 which has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through decision letter No. C-03142.HT.01.04.TH.2005 dated February 4, 2005, the Company changed its name to become PT Pertamina Dana Ventura.
