History:
Barfo Mahdi Ltd. was established in 1984, with its main business in providing Indonesian manpower recruitment services for overseas client. Our company experienced in comprising all recruitment needs for the leading hotels, transport and manufacturers companies. From semi-skilled worker, supervisor level up to middle management level position for variety of jobs in many sector industries.
Thousands of housekeepers, cooks, babysitters, hotel personnel, construction workers, manufacturing workers, plantation, and engineers have been sent to our happy customers.
Working abroad, far from home, is something, which is not easy. In addition to requiring appropriate work skill, the worker also needs a strong personality in order to adapt to his/her new surrounding and a new culture nation.
Barfo Mahdi opened its first Training Center in 1984. This training center is used for pre departure orientation as well as skills upgrading for overseas employment.
The second training center was established in September 1993. The training center is known as HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY TRAINING CENTRE. The graduates of this training center are targeted to work in the hospitality industry abroad as well as at home.
