Area Sales Supervisor - Bali
To develop, to promote the sales (both in terms of Line of Business and Business Units) of each area so that it contributes to reach the National Sales Budget, Brand Recognition and Customers Satisfaction.
To ensure his sales budget is achieved
To show leadership, coach and supervise his salespeople so that they can meet their individual targets and that the join effort of all salesmen, will meet the area target and ultimately the national target.
To provide information to the General Manager/National-Area Sales Manager-Marketing Manager on market conditions, results of his team, and other pertinent (relevant) information to the Management in order to have a good vision on his area and sales team.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in any major.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proven track record in building and managing area sales
Strong at coaching and managing a team
Experienced in presenting benefits of the products and services to the custome
Capable of communicating skill with colleagues and customers
Understand marketing driven concepts
