HRD Manager


  • Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
  • Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
  • Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
  • Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
  • Assist in travel arrangement
  • Maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or psychology
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at same positon
  • Hands-on experience is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
  • Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills
  • Good writing and communication skills in English
  • Has excellent knowledge on Manpower Regulation Law # 13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial relation dispute
