General summary: provide customer service support to the Bank client by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information order in a timely manner. Initiates and/or suggesting corrective action according to standard operational procedure in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major, with minimum GPA of 2.70 / 4.00.
Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Banking / financial services, with at least 1 year experience.
Fresh graduated with deep interest / passion in customer facing / customer services are welcomed to apply.
Good communication skill, warm, and easy going. Likely act to show attractive personality & professional appearance.
Service oriented, self driven to perform good customer service experience, or even exceed it.
Good command in computer skill & English.
