At this moment, People Search is looking for an Executive Search - Senior Consultant with below responsibilities and qualification list.
 

Executive Search - Senior Consultant
(Jakarta Raya)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop recruitment project plan for our clients, consisting of understanding process of client expectation, preliminary research from the talent pools, interview process, selection process, reporting and submission process.
  2. Understanding job description and expected qualification/competency for each project given by clients. Try to match the needs with the available talent pools.
  3. Source candidates using the People Search Indonesia's database, advertisements, on-line recruitment as well as business networking. If necessary to write / edit job descriptions, job postings and advertisements. Post open positions on particular media.
  4. Identify, screen, preliminary interview and track candidates to meet current requirements.
  5. Work with People Search Indonesia's Senior Consultant/Account Manager/Director to perform face-to-face interviews, check references/verify employment.
  6. Actively involved in selection process over the available candidates for the client.
  7. To perform reporting process, as the result of the interview and selection process. Also responsible for internal project management reporting.
  8. Actively involved in People Search Indonesia database management system, enhancing the internal talent pools.
  9. Actively involved in developing the internal assessment system, policy and procedure.

Requirements:

  1. Strong capability in recruitment, for both sourcing and assessing process. At least 5 years experience working as recruiter in top industrial company, executive search or international outplacement agency.
  2. Possible education background: human resource management, psychology, other educational background as long as owning the above experiences. Preferably holding MBA/MM degree.
  3. Strong character, very persistence. Able to deal with tough sourcing and negotiation activities.
  4. Perfect communication skill, and good English.
  5. Having leadership potential, to be developed as People Search Indonesia leaders in the future.
